A) First of all
Evolution: Grrdual changes in the DNA
So when changes occur in DNA, it produces variations that provide us many advantages to perform many functions...

B)In my opinion, It is true that when a new species emerges the old is eliminated..

C) Because There is presence of genes in organisms which reproduces by asexual method but these genes are fewer in comparison of organisms which reproduces by sexual method. And as we know genes provide hereditary information from one generation to next.

Answer

No it is wrong because when there is change in any species the change is not only in a part or few members of the species population if the newly generated species after genetic change is better in any way it will have a better chance of survival however if a genetic change is against the environment it will not survive this unchanged members of other species may also remain and tend to live in a changed environment
