<BCA=48°

Sum of all angles of a triangle=180°

Sum of <BAC and <BCA=53°+48°=101°

<ABC=180°-101°=79°

<ABC and <CBD forms a straight angle which measures 180°

<ABC+<CBD=180°

=79°+ <CBD=180°

=<CBD=180°-79°

=<CBD=101°
