so here distance is equal to velocity under the graph so

in 0 to 5 sec distance travelled by the body = area of the triangle =1/2×5×10= 25 m

in 5 to 10 sec distance travelled by the body =area of the rectangle = 10×5 50 m

in 10 to 16 second distance travelled by the body = area of the triangle =1/2×6×10 = 30 m

so total distance travelled by the body = 25+50+30 = 105m

the motion in part AB is linear motion constant motion where the velocity does not change with time
