when the velocity of an object changes we say that the object is accelerating. The change in velocity could be due to change in its magnitude or the direction of the motion or both. Therefore we can say that uniform circular motion is an accelerated motion because the velocity of the object moving in the circular path changes cause the direction of motion changes in every second.
so it can be called accelerated motion.
The force to cause this acceleration is called centripetal force.
so it can be called accelerated motion.
The force to cause this acceleration is called centripetal force.
