when you insert it ...you can see the movies on laptop

1. On the Insert menu, click Object, and then click the Create New tab.
2. Scroll and click Video Clip, and locate the movie (video clip)
3. Click OK.
4. On the Insert Clip menu, click 1 Video for Windows…
5. In the pop-up screen, browse to video clip.
6. Select clip.
7. Click Open.
8. To play media clip, double-click it's icon.
