Diameter of cone = 8 cm

Radius of cone (R) = 8/2 = 4 cm

Height of cone =12 cm

Volume of cone =1/3 π R^2 h

=1/3 π 4×4×12

=π4×4×4

=64 π cm^3 .

Radius of spherical lead shots (r) = 4 mm

=0.4 cm

Volume of spherical lead shots =4/3 π r^3

=4/3 π 0.4 ×0.4 ×0.4

=4/3 π 0.064 cm^3

Number of lead shots = Volume of cone / Volume of 1 lead shots

= 64 π /4/3 π0.064

= 64× 3/ 4 ×0.064

= 64 ×3×1000/4×64

= 3 ×250

= 750 lead shots.

Diameter of the cone=8 cm
Therefore its radius(r1)=8/2=4 cm
Height of the cone=12 cm
Radius of spherical lead shots(r2)4mm=4/10=0.4 cm
No. of lead shots=(1/3πr1square h)/(4/3πr2cube)
=(1/3 r1 square h)/4/3 rcube
=(1/3 4 square×12×3)/(4×0.4 cube)
=(1/3 ×16×36)/4×0.064
=192/0.256
=192000/256
=750 lead shots
