1. Yes , in our family and in our community there is participation of women in descision making process. This is indeed right to give women a chance to speak up in discussions and negotiations . This is really important so that people control gender inequality. To keep gender equality in our community as well as our state we need to keep women and men on equal positions and give them equal rights. This way a state can also become inclusive.
2. Inclusive can strengthen national unity because if there will be no discrimination based on gender , race , caste and sex then all people will work together in a unify mood . This will increase unity between people , which will lead to strengthening of national unity.
