Answer:

Let the age of C be x

Age of B = 2x

Age of A = 2x - 2

The total age = Rs 28

By the given condition

x+2x+2x-2 = 28

5x- 2 = 28

5x = 28+2 = 30

x = 30/5

= 6

The age of B = 2x = 2*6 = 12 years

hope this helps you!!

Heya

According to the question...

A = B - 2 .... (1)

B = 2C .... (2)

A+B+C = 28 ... (3)

Substitute equations 1 and 2 in 3

(B -2) + 2C + C =28

B-2+3C =28

B+3C = 30

B = 30 - 3C ...... (4)

Substitute equation 2 in 4

2C = 30 - 3C

5C = 30

C = 6

Substitute the value of C in 2

B = 2×6

B = 12

and

A= 12 -2

A=10

Hence,

B is 12 years old

Hope it helps you
