a isosceles triangle of perimeter is 30cm ,and his equal sides is 12cm .find the area of triangle with explain and from hero's formula​

If one of the equal sides is 12 cm. 2 sides are 12cm each and the other side is 30-24cm=6 cm.
Semi perimeter=15cm
From heron's formula,
=root over 15 (15-6)(15-12)(15-12)
=root over 15×9×3×3
=root over 15×81
=root over 1215
=34.85 square cm
