Tell me answer i don't know the answer

AbhinandanPatial: Total no. of coins in jar = 42
AbhinandanPatial: Let x be the no. of 10paisa coins and y be the no. of 25paisa coins
AbhinandanPatial: no. of 10paisa coins + no. of 25paisa coins=42
AbhinandanPatial: x+y=42. x=42-y
AbhinandanPatial: now total amount in the jar is 7.50 Rs. = 750 paise
AbhinandanPatial: now 10x+25y=750
AbhinandanPatial: 10(42-y) +25y=750
AbhinandanPatial: 420-10y+25y=750
AbhinandanPatial: 15y=330
AbhinandanPatial: y=22 coins
