A jar full of liquid contains 301. water.
A partor liquid in one placed by another liquid
containing ty. water. The percentage of water
in the resulting mixture in 24%. How much
liquid is actually replaced?

Answer :

Water in first liquid =20%  

Water in second liquid =35%  

10 part of first liquid and 4 part of second liquid are added to form a new liquid.  

So, required percentage of water in new liquid,  

= 14  

2+(7/5)  × 100  

=

  170   %
