Total no. of marbles = 3+4+5 = 12

No. of blue marbles = 4

p (getting blue marble) =

 \frac{no \: of \: blue \: marbles}{tota \: no \: of \:  marbles}

= 4 / 12 = 1/3

HOPE IT HELPS :)
