Total marble =6+4+5+5=20
Possiblity of getting green =6/20=0.3

surindersaini9pf5amn: 3/10
merlyn70: 6/20
ehsan2: 3/10
vishu843057: perfect job
dheeraj8368: ns = 6+4+5+5 =20 ; ne = 6 so the probability of the green marble = ne/ns =6/20

Answer :

➡ What's probability ?

Probability is the way of finding how likely an even gonna occur.

We find probability of a given event by the given formula :

Probability = \frac{favourble \: outcome}{total \: outcome}

Favourable outcome : The result we get after a certain assumption.

Total outcome : The possible number of event that could occur.

For example: The probability of getting 1 when a dice is rolled is 1/6.

Reason : There are total 6 face of a dice and the favourable outcome i.e., 1 could come only once so we get the probability as 1/6.

Now, the probability of getting a green marble :

Probability = \frac{favourble \: outcome}{total \: outcome}

Probability = \frac{6 }{6 + 4 + 5 + 5}

Probability = \frac{6}{20} = \frac{3}{10}
