A jet had passengers up to 90% of its capacity how many passengers was the jet carrying, its capacity was 130 passengers ?​

Let the jet is carrying X passengers currently.

 \frac{x}{130}  \times 100 = 90 \\  \frac{x}{130}  =  \frac{90}{100}  \\ x =  \frac{130 \times 90}{100}  \\ x = 13 \times 9 = 117

Hence the jet is 117 passengers currently.
