Now the speed is decreased by 150, so the new speed is s-150 and new time is t+(3/2)

t+(3/2)=4500/(s-150)

In this equation put t=4500/s

(9000+3s)=9000/(s-150)

3s^2-450s+9000s-9000×150=9000

3s^2+8550s-9000×151=0
