Answer:

Argument Supporting and Against the Statement

More responses to a job advertisement are critical to the business and the people and the country. The government can use these responses to assess the level of its economy by rationing the number of employed people to those not yet employed. Because some government revenue comes from a tax on employee salary, the government can use these responses to create more job opportunities for its people. As a result, more people get employed and, therefore, raise the living standards of people hence improving the county's economic status.

More responses show that the company loves and cares for the people by wanting them to get jobs to meet their needs. These responses show that the company is rated positively by people, and therefore they are much willing to work in that company. Willing workers motivated by the company offering jobs boots its production rate.

These more responses show that the company offering jobs focuses on equality of resources, respect, and representatives to people. Different people from different classes are provided with employment and feel respected by the company. This respect, in turn, boosts the image of the company. Furthermore, social justice is considered in these more responses such that the company shows how it respects the law of people wanting justice to all.

Contrary, the statement is not true because the number of responses does not always determine responses. Answers can be positive or negative according to people's perceptions about the advert. You will find that an advert with a few replies is more critical than the one with more responses. Such a contrary does happen because of the perception of people about the company. The company may be wanting to build on itself, so that is seen to be a competitive one with many likes and comments. The company may want to use people to popularize itself through social media and, thus, does not provide the jobs for needy ones around but employees' workers from abroad.

Hope this will help you.
