I = \sqrt{ {r}^{2} }  +   {h}^{2}   \\ I = \sqrt{ {7}^{2} } + {24}^{2}    \\ I = \sqrt{49}  + 576 \\ I = \sqrt{625}  \\ I =25

Curved surface area of one conical cap ={\pi}rl = ( \frac{22}{7} ) \times (7) \times 25  \\ =  {550 \: cm}^{2}

Curved surface area of 10 conical cap =10 \times  {550 \: cm}^{2}  \\  =  {5500 \: cm}^{2}

The area of sheet required to make 10 conica caps is {5500 \: cm}^{2}
