 \huge \underline \mathbb \red {ANSWER}

Give that,

The base radius of the cone =7cm

The height of the cone =24cm

Slant height of the cone =

 l = \sqrt{ {h}^{2} +  {r}^{2}  }

=

 \sqrt{ {24}^{2}  +  {7}^{2} }  \\  = 576  + 49 \\  {l}^{2}  = 625 \\  =  > l =  \sqrt{625}  \\  =  >  = 25cm \\

Lateral surface area of a cone =

\pi {r}l

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 25 \\  = 550cm {}^{2}

Area of the sheet to make a 10 caps =

10 \times \pi  rl

10 \times 550  \\  = 5500cm {}^{2}
