Ans:

Given,

Radius of the cone = r = 7 cm

Height of the cone = h = 24 cm

$l = \sqrt{ {h}^{2} } + \sqrt{ {r}^{2} }$

$l = \sqrt{ {24}^{2} } + \sqrt{ {7}^{2} }$

$l = \sqrt{576} + \sqrt{49}$

$l = \sqrt{625}$

$l = 225$

C.S.A of cone = πrl

$\frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 25$
$= {550cm}^{2}$

So ,

The final answer is...

Sheet required for 10 caps =
${550cm}^{2}$
