This is the distribution of the resources from the producers to the consumers. The item after its fully suitable and has been coverted into a finished product it is then transported to the market where it may be accessed by the consumer. The price of the commodity may be higher if the distance from the producer to the market is large and there is incoveniency in the transportation.
