It’s up to him I guess, but there’s two problems with this form of “justice” in this question:

(1) These are human rights violations and are utterly barbaric. No modern/self-respecting nation would engage in such extreme and sadistic violence against its own people.

(2) A tiger cannot live for three years without eating, so not only would the third room contain a dead tiger, but you’re culpable in animal cruelty as well.

Congratulations for making a fool of yourself asking this extremely flawed question. I’m probably a bigger idiot for answering this question though.
