Answer: A king was fond of flowers and had fifteen flower pots. He appointed a young man to look after them. The man accidentally broke a pot and the King ordered death sentence in anger.

On the day of punishment, the young man as a last wish requested the king to let him see the other fourteen pots before death. The King allows his request. The young man then breaks all the remaining flower pot. The King in anger asked him why he did it.

The man replied if one broken flower pot can take a man’s life when he had broken the balance fourteen flower pots to save fourteen more lives. The king understood the inherent thought and realizes his mistakes and releases the young man and rewards him by appointing the man as his adviser.
