To find:-

Find the length of the String ?

Solution:-

Let the length of the string be l cm

The distance between the ground and the kite

= AB = 75 cm

Angle of elevation = 30°

∠BCA = 30°

From the ∆ABC , ∠B = 90°

Sin Θ = Opposite side to Θ/ Hypotenuse

=> Sin 30° = AB/AC

=> 1/2 = 75 / l

On applying cross multiplication then

=> 1×l = 2×75

=> l = 150 cm

Length of the string = 150cm
