a kite seller had 30 kites. he sold 1/3 of these on the first day and the remaining on the second day. how many kites did he sell on each day?​

first day he sold 1/3 of total 30 kites

so 1/3 of 30 is 30*1/3= 10

So first day he sold 10 kites.

Now on the second day he sold remaining kites, which means 30-10=20

so second day he sold 20 kites
