The diameter of each cell is 4.32 \times 10^{-4}mm

After performing the divisions it is observed that the diameter of the new cell exactly half of the diameter of the original cell.

Lets say the diameter of the original cell is 'D' millimeters (mm) so, the diameter of the new cell is given by:

\frac{1}{2} \times D

=\frac{1}{2} \times 4.32 \times 10^{-4}=2.16 \times 10^{-4}mm

So, the diameter of the new cell is 2.16 \times 10^{-4} millimeters.
