In one year the labourer earns 600.

We know that 1 year comprises approximately 52 weeks.

Given that in 26 weeks, the labourer earns 300.

By unitary method, we can say that,

In 1 week, he earns (300÷26)

Similarly, in 52 weeks (1 year), he earns (300÷26) × 52

= 300 × 2

= 600

∴ So, the labourer earns 600.
