Answer: As wall is always perpendicular so

In the triangle by Pythagoras theorem

(wall length)square + (length between the wall and the foot of ladder) square =(length of ladder) square

4.8 square + length between the wall and the foot of the wall square = 6 square

23.04+length between wall and ladder square = 36

Length square = 36 - 23.04

Length = under root 12.96

Length = 3.6m

Answer:

30°

Step-by-step explanation:

The base of the triangle is 14m

The hypotenuse is 28m

Now,

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{base}{hypotenuse}

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{14}{28}

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{1}{2}

Therefore angle will 30°.
