A ladder is leaning against a wall. The ladder is 1.8 m 1.8m long and the bottom of the ladder is 0.5 m 0.5m from the base of the wall. To be considered safe, a ladder must form an angle of between 7 0 ∘ 70 ∘ and 8 0 ∘ 80 ∘ with the floor. Is this ladder safe?

Let the height at which ladder is leaning be h

Sin30°=h/20

1/2=h/20

h=10

h=10 metres

Ans-The ladder is at 10 metres height on the wall.

I hope it will help you.
