QUESTION:-

A ladder leaned against a wall is forming an angle of 32° with the ground. Find the angle formed by a ladder with the wall.

SOLUTION:-

Given,

let AB be the wall.

BC be the ground.

AC be the ladder.

We have assumed that the wall is perpendicular to the ground. AB || BC

{\bold\pink{ATQ,}}

In ∆ABC,

A + B + C = 180° [By angle sum property]

A + 90° + 32° = 180°

A + 122° = 180°

A = 180° - 122°

A = 58°

{\bold\green{Hence,}} the angle formed by ladder against ladder is 58°
