{\large{\blue{\bold{\underline{Given:-}}}}}

• Angle made by lander = 60°

• Distance b/w foot and wall = 4 meters.

{\large{\blue{\bold{\underline{To\:Find:-}}}}}

• Distance b/w the top and bottom of the ladder.

{\large{\blue{\bold{\underline{So,}}}}}

• From given we get.

\sf\implies \tan(60)  =  \frac{bc}{ab}  \\  \\ \sf\implies \sqrt{3} =  \frac{x}{4 \: cm} \\  \\  \sf\implies \: x = 4 \sqrt{3} \: cm

Therefore required distance is \sf 4\sqrt{3}
