The height of the wall is 3.6 m

Explanation:

Let AB denotes the height of the wall.

Let BC denotes the distance between the foot of the wall and the ladder.

Let AC denotes the length of the ladder.

The measurements of the sides are BC = 1.5 and AC = 3.9

Using the Pythagorean theorem, we have,

AC^2=AB^2+BC^2

Substituting the values, we have,

(3.9)^2=AB^2+(1.5)^2

Simplifying, we get,

15.21=AB^2+2.25

12.96=AB^2

Taking square root, we get,

3.6=AB

Thus, the height of the ladder is 3.6 m
