The answer is 270 cubes

Given: A lady builds a box with dimensions

length 9cm,  width 10 cm and  height 3cm

The dimensions of cube used to built the box is 1 cubic cm cubes

To find: The minimum number of cubes required to build the box

Solution: Given dimensions of box = 9cm × 10cm × 3cm

volume of box = length × width × height = 9cm × 10cm × 3cm = 270 cm³

volume of the cube used to build box = 1 cm³

Number of cubes used = volume of box/ volume of cube used

= \frac{270 cm^{3} }{1 cm^{3} } = 270 cubes

∴ Number of cubes used = 270
