Hey Friend
Here is your answer

Shoe cost = 12 rs.
Lady gives = 20 rs.
Shopkeeper gives 8 rs to lady and take 12 rs.
Shopkeeper takes = 20 rs.
Shoe shopkeeper cleared whole thing with the lady as he got his 12 rs as the cost of shoes.
Then neighbouring shopkeeper takes 20 rs from shoe shopkeeper.
So, he had the loss of 20 rs.

Hope this helped you
Have a nice day.
