Hey !!

Initial distance of the lady from the mirror is

         x₁ = 1 m = 100 cm

After moving 60 cm towards the mirror, new distance is

      x₂ = 100 - 60

           = 40 cm

∵ Distance of her image from herself is

          d = x₂ + x₁ = 2x₂  = 80 cm

Option (C) 80 cm
