A Lady wearing pencil heel gets hurt and flat shoe doesn't struck at the feet because the pencil heel is like a pointed pin which is very high whereas the flat heel shoes can be easy for walking , moving around and wearing it for long distances, pencil heels are only for Party wears , and for the people who do shooting
