time of throw between two balls= 60/30= 2 s

so as per question every ball takes 2s to reach maximum height

so as V = u + at

0 = u + (-10) ×2

u = 20 m/s

now

s=ut +1/2 a t^2

=20×2+1/2(-10) ×2×2= 20m
