Answer:

No. of people the stadium can hold = 2,16,000

No.of people present on a particular day = 1,19,880

No. of women =  64,655

Total no of people present that day = No. of men + No. of women

No. of men = Total no. of people present that day - No. of women

                  = 1,19,880 - 64,655

                 =  55,225

∴ 55,225 men were present

No.of seats that were vacant = No.of people the stadium can hold - No. of people present

= 2,16,000 - 1,19,880

= 96,120

∴96,120 seat were vacant
