a lawn is 80m long and 60 m wide .there is a swimming pool of length 20m×6min this lawn.What will be the cost of putting grass in the remaining part of the field at ₹30 per square metre?​

Answer:

area of lawn = length × breadth

= 80 m × 60 m

= 4800 m²

area of swimming pool = length × breadth

= 20 m × 6 m

= 120 m²

area for putting grass = 4800 - 120

= 4680 m²

1 m² = Rs. 30

4680 m² = Rs.30 × 4680 m²

= Rs. 140400
