Fencing done = ₹3200

Cost of fencing 1 m =₹2

Total boundary fenced = Cost of fencing/Cost of fencing 1 m

=3200/2

=1600

So, Total boundary fenced = Perimeter of the field=1600 m

Given :

Length:breadth=3:5

Let the length be 3 x and breadth be 5x .

Perimeter=2(l+b).

1600=2(3x+5x)

1600=2×8x

1600=16x

1600/16=x

100=x

So, length=3x

=3×100

=300 m

Breadth=5x

=5×100

=500 m

Area of the lawn = l×b

=300×500

=150000m^2

Cost of 1 m^2 = ₹10

Cost of 150000 m^2=₹10×150000

=₹15,00,000
