hey here is ur answer
(a) no bcoz there will be no exchange of gases and transpiration which has no transportation of water
(b) Nthg will happen it will remain constant as there is sufficient sunlight as well as water
(2) the rate of photosynthesis will be decreased as there is no sufficient water and the plant who become weak
(3) the rate of photosynthesis decrease as the pores of stomata are blocked with dust as there will be no exchange of gases and transpiration does not take place
I hope this helps you

a) No this plant will not remain healthy for long. the plant will begin to die because:
• gaseous exchange will not takes places
•no absorption of CO2 hence no photosynthesis
•transpiration will not occur hence No transportation of water
b) rate of photosynthesis decreases
