let the breadth be x m.
then length will be 2x m.
area=x*2x
=2x^2
new length =2x-5m
new breadth=x+5m
area=(2x-5)*(x+5)
=2x^2+5x-25
A.T.Q
2x^2+5x-25=750
2x^2+5x-775=0
Now factorise it by splitting the middle terms
