Dear Sir,

Today by chance I travel in your bus. I was firstly very excited to travel in yours bus. But I was really disappoint after travel  in yours company bus.

There is no discipline. There is no cleaning system. Even that there is dustbin for garbage. And also your service  is too poor. I call the conductor for complaining of a person who was taking drugs in bus. Firstly the conductor came on my 5th call and he dose not take any action and he did misbehave with me.

I don't want personally that you lose your reputation therefore am writing this letter.SO THAT you take action before any lose.

I hope you understand and will take action.
