Subject : Complaint regarding recently purchased washing machine .

With due respect, I (name ) wish to express my anguish at the malfunctioning of a recently purchased washing machine. The machine was purchased on 20 MAy ,2018 against Bill number MN/87/7765, with a warranty period of one year.it was very sad that a product of your reputed showroom should present a problem.

The machine started giving defect within one month of its purchase . The dryer doesnt function well at all . It stops working anytime in between . When the local technician was contacted , he reported a malfunctioning defect .

Sir,my hard earned money has been spent on this gadget . It is earnestly desired that the product be replaced at the earliest. My letter should be treated as urgent and customer satisfaction guaranteed .
