Sir,

With due respect, I,  Rachna, a resident of 15, R K Nagar Chennai, would like to show my concern about the open manholes along the footpath. They are one of the major reason for the cause of accidents. Hence, there needs to be an immediate action taken by the authority to improve the condition of the footpaths. Hope you will consider my request and reply in positive terms.
