Hello, my name is _____, I am writing this letter to address some of my concerns regarding the use of plastic bags. So as you are aware, plastic bags are frequently being used in our society as it is convenient for us. But while we are happily using plastic bags to our advantage, the world and the animals in it are suffering greatly. Plastic bags are ruining our world, quite rapidly.  Each year, an estimated 500 billion to 1 trillion plastic bags are consumed worldwide, billions end up on our beaches choking animals, and causing pollution. These bags are not part of the innate world, they are harmful and should stop being produced.
