Subject: Evils of street begging
Sir,
I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities pas well as the public to the evils of street begging in our city. The large army of street beggars can be found in the markets, mosques, post offices, sporting grounds , parks government offices and traffic light junctions . The beggars range from children, women, old men, destitute, disabled refugees and even so called professional beggars. Their increasing number is posing a serious security threat to our national peace and order.
Alarmingly some of the beggars have been found with guns or other dangerous weapons. They are social miscreants . Very often they kidnap the small babies.
The government must make efforts to clear the streets and roads from the army of these beggars.
Your faithfully,
X.Y.Z.
