Subject : Complaint regarding Water Logging during rainy reason in locality.

Respected Sir,

This letter is to bring to your notice the problem of water logging in my locality during every rainy season. Due to heavy rainfall water has blocked sewerage pipes at many places. Mosquitoes are also increasing on greater scale. They can spread harmful diseases like Malaria,Dengue and Chickengunya. Coming out of house has been difficult! Roads are blocked leading to Traffic Jam. Peoples living in Lake side areas Have lost their homes.

I want the public health department to look into the matter through your newspaper. This is an important query. Delay can led to put health of people under threat.

Subject : Complaint regarding the water logging issues in Koregoan Park.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Koregaon Park, Pune. I would like to draw your attention to the problems caused by the residents due to the water logging issues.

This year, the monsoon season has extended. As per every time the drainages are cleaned to avoid water logging, this year the same wasn't done. The drainage system wasn't cleaned by the workers nor was maintained. I had complaint the authorities about it previously but there wasn't any action taken. The water logging has affected the residents in a very negative way. Especially the residents who live in Ajmera Aria face a lot of issues. The gate is now half submerged in the dirty sewage water. It is impossible for the residents to walk out of their houses. The water had also changed the daily routine of the people. The street animals are worst sufferers, they aren't having a good shelter nor have food to eat. The contaminated water can lead to dangerous and life threatening disease like dengue, malaria and many more.

Koregoan Park is know for its cleanliness and healthy environment. This was the first time when the residents are facing the water logging issues. Being a responsible citizens, I would not like my locality to loose its prestige and honour. Please look into the issue and take required actions as soon as possible.
