Subject: Rude behavior of security agent

Sir:

Regretfully I wish to bring it to your notice that your security personnel did not behave decently with me and my family on June 21, 2017 when we visited the Mall at 5:30 p.m. the same day. At the security check point at the entrance he refused to allow us the bag containing my 4 year old son’s water bottle, eatables, etc on the pretext that no bags from outside were allowed! It caused a lot of annoyance and inconvenience to us! Our entire shopping mood was spoilt. We returned home from the entrance and went to MBD Mall where no such security conditions were imposed on us! I am planning to take legal action against your Mall unless you give me written explanation for the rude behavior shown to us! We felt extremely hurt and humiliated for no reason! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Manager, 

I am writing this letter to inform you about the rude behavior of one of your security agents.

I think the purpose of security agents is to safeguard the people of the mall and help them when they are in need. 

When I asked for the help from the agent he was really rude and said he cannot help and I should ask someone else for the help.

We visit your mall a lot and this is one of the best malls around town, please make sure that the security agents are helpful towards the customers in order to have a bettter reputation. 

Please consider my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you.
