With due respect, humble and honour submission, I would like to informed you sir, that we are proposing to held a friendly football match between your school and ours. Therefore we humbly and kindly request you sir to give permission to the students of your school to participate in the match.
Sports are also an important part of student's life. Therefore with this being sad, we hope the best that, you will understand the importance of this match. Besides, this match will be opening an access to amongst the students of the two school to share ideas, friendship and views and thus strengthening better relationships.
