Dear father,
Hope you find this letter in great health and spirit! I am also fine here. I recently received your letter asking about my studies. Father, as you know, I'm very responsible for the duties for being a daughter and student as well. But I'm very sorry to say that my scores in the second terminal examination are not very good as compared to first terminal. Now, I could recognise the reason for that. The reason behind this is my friendship is taking over my studies. I was enjoying my life with friends keeping studies aside. I go for hangouts and chilling with friends instead of studying hard. Father, I know I'm very wrong at this time but believe me I'm trying my best. I've understood the importance of study. I promise you I'll score good and would end up doing hangouts and chilling. I Know I'm distracted but I'm efforting hard to recover.

Have faith in me! Lots of love to you and Mumma!

Yours Lovingly
(your name)

Dear father,

I am sorry to inform you that I could not do better in the last test. The reason is that I am weak in English and math. I also remained sick for a week. I promise I would improve in the annual examinations. I assure you that I have changed my ways. I am now working hard.

I complete my home-task regularly. I have now joined extra classes also. I also study for three hours at home. I will be active in future and satisfy my all teachers. You can write to any of them up to your expectations.

With regards to mother and love to Youngers.
